الخبر، المملكة العربية السعودية – 14 يوليو 2025: أعلنت نسما وشركاهم، الشركة الرائدة في حلول المشاريع المتكاملة في المملكة العربية السعودية، عن إتمامها بنجاح عملية الاستحواذ على شركة اليسر للمقاولات الصناعية (AYTB)، وهي من أبرز مزودي الخدمات الصناعية في المملكة.
